Multi-Flex Lami-Print Limited (registered with RoC Mumbai with CIN no U22219MH1991PLC060717) has its registered office at D-54-55, MIDC, Mahad, Tal. Mahad, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra 402301 and plants at D-50 to D-52 and D-54 to D-58, MIDC, Mahad, Tal. Mahad Dist. Raigarh. The company was engaged in manufacturing flexible packaging products for the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. The operations of the company have been shut since November 2013. The company is financed by Clearwater Capital Partners India Private Ltd (debt assigned in 2014 in favour of Futuristic Solutions Ltd.). and a consortium of banks led by Union Bank of India. NCLT, Mumbai as per order dated March 31, 2023 has admitted application for corporate insolvency resolution process made by one of the operational creditors of the company namely Pallav Chemicals and Solvents Private Ltd. and has appointed Mr. Subhash Laxminarayan Nathuramka IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00472/2017-2018/10815 as the interim resolution professional. In the 3rd CoC meeting held on June, 08th, 2023, the CoC members decided to appoint Mr. Ram Singh Setia having IBBI Reg. No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P01189/2018-2019/11935 as the Resolution Professional in the matter and his appointment was duly approved by Hon'ble NCLT vide Order Dated 08th August, 2023.
