Raigad, Maharashtra 402301 and plants at D-50 to D-52 and D-54 to D-58, MIDC, Mahad, Tal. Mahad Dist. Raigarh. The company was engaged in manufacturing of flexible packaging products for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. The operations of the company are shut since November 2013. The company is financed by Clearwater Capital Partners India Private Ltd (debt assigned in 2014 in favour of Futuristic Solutions Ltd.). and a consortium of banks led by Union Bank of India. NCLT, Mumbai as per order dated March 31, 2023 has admitted application for corporate insolvency resolution process made by one of the operational creditors of the company namely Pallav Chemicals and Solvents Private Ltd. and has appointed Mr. Subhash Laxminarayan Nathuramka IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00472/2017-2018/10815 as the interim resolution professional.
